Leo,    (01)

A couple of questions, and suggestions:    (02)

Under "Generate excitement and instill confidence", what does "avoid an
ontology winter" mean?    (03)

The paragraph beginning with "Flexibility and agility in different"... just
before the "Building the Foundation" section should be rewritten to make more
sense. The flow is not straightforward.    (04)

In the second paragraph under "Building the Foundation", the word "happening"
should be replaced with something like "being practiced"? Also "The cover"
should be "They cover".    (05)

At the bottom pf page 4, "Second, the we collected", please strike the word
"the".    (06)

In the final quotation, "are different - there" should be "are different -
they".    (07)

Otherwise, this is a terrific writing effort!    (08)
