Thanks Michael,    (01)

I didn't realize it was sending a text file as
well. I will see if I can find a way to get the
text file less obscured by the HTML tags if I can
find a way to do it.      (02)

Presently, my email client is Microsoft Outlook
2010, and my email client editor is MS Word.
Maybe I can switch the editor to a different
setting. If you know how to do that, please
advise me.      (03)

Sorry for the messy text versions,
-Rich    (04)

Sincerely,
Rich Cooper

Hello Rich,    (07)

when you send a mail, your mail software generates
a HTML and an ASCII version
and includes them both so the received mail
software can choose which one
to display (Content-Type: multipart/alternative).    (08)

This is good because I use a text console based
client and would probably
not care to search the HTML source of your mails
for content.    (09)

Web based mail clients also often prefer to
display the ASCII version.    (010)

But the ASCII version you send has fixed line
breaks after 52 chars.
This is what it looks like:    (011)

There is no need to add extra line breaks. It only
does harm.    (013)

Well - I do it too but I do it manually because
typing long lines with my
editor is straining :-)    (014)

Maybe there is an option to disable that or set
the line break limit very
high? If not consider new mail software.    (015)

Regards,    (016)
