Two of my favorite authors on the subject matter (a tad broader than
"just crowdsourcing", though) are Howard Rhinegold and Yochai Benkler
- plenty of great material available online ... just google their
names, in case you haven't already read up on their work. (02)
Benkler gave a wonderful talk at our "Ontology in Knowledge Management
and Decision Support (OKMDS)" miniseries back in 2008. You can find
