If has_name denotes the name of the presidency its value should be
"Presidency of James Madison". I was assuming that has_name denotes the name
of the person associated with the presidency and suggesting that it should
be connected to a person which is connected to the presidency. This would be
better design but more costly in terms of lookup if you are working with
n-tuples and need the name of the person when looking for the presidency. (03)
