A de-referencable URI will simply redirect to a document expressing the
view point of one of several authorities. As you know, it doesn't really
go beyond that. Absolute authority is eternally mercurial. (04)

I believe in de-refrencable URIs as powerful vehicles for sharing
information (data in context). I don't believe http: scheme URIs are the
only option. That said, when the World Wide Web is the perception
medium, they are very cost-effective conduction mechanism :-) (06)
