There are actually different concepts for the below classes in different
languages.  A generic concept for each would have a set of subclasses
for restrictions on number of bits, what can be accepted as a Boolean
value, what characters are valid in a String, etc.    (02)

FWIW, OpenCyc has URIs for such concepts (and for specializations
thereof).  Most of them can be found with the Cyc name in the namespace
