In

MW: This is just about terms being used. I agree that there is no continuant
in 4D. However, there are whole-life objects that are 4D extents that are
rough 4D equivalents to 3D continuants. That is if I was mapping between a
3D ontology and a 4D ontology then for each continuant in the 3D ontology I
would create a 4D extent in the 4D ontology.     (03)

MW: I use the term state to mean a temporal part. It is not the same meaning
that it has in 3D speak, but it is within the range of what word itself will
bear. This is part of my trying to make 4D easier to say. Most of the
difficulty it seems to me is because of the terms in which it is couched in
its academic sources. I find that it is actually not that difficult to talk
in 4D. The main issue is that because 3D leaves more in the context (here
now) then 4D tends to be more verbose, with the benefit of precision. A
price well worth paying.    (04)
