It has already passed less. The longer version hasn't finished.
If you mean less than the 2007-2008 version, i would guess it depends
on how you count. The 2009-10 session passed more MAJOR legislation,
but it didn't pass the appropriations bills for most of the government.
It's possible that the previous session passed more bills -- i haven't
tried to research that. (03)
The Dept. of Labor Statistics has been waiting for a bill that would
fund adopting their various terms sets into ontologies, but they didn't
get the authorization (or was it the funding?). [I added this comment
