Dear Matthew, (01)
Yes, I would never attempt to propose a new format for the
character strings that represent times and dates: (02)
> There is an ISO standard for the representation of time, ISO 8601.
> I commend its use, rather than coming up with something else. (03)
But a good ontology for time involves much more than a standard
convention for writing the character strings that are placed between
the double quotes of CL or CGs names. And it also involves much
more than choosing a 4D or a 3+1 D approach. (04)
Whenever a good textbook has 2304 categories of processes, you can
be sure that the list is an inadequate approximation to infinity. (05)
