Many languages have been lost and most people do not miss them. 

John, can you please point to a few valuable in the road kill that should be spotlighted or saved in the interest of:

"talk to one another via" Mark Musen 

"terminology it uses is now somewhat out of date, and the presumptions on which it is based
are also somewhat dated
, although they could be modified to conform to current usage." Pat Hayes

and

"use some
of the scaffolding" and "orthogonal to what we ended up doing" and "repository structures" Elisha Kendall
