Even though MITRE is not directly involved with administering eGov
Ontology efforts, I would suggest Dr. Leo Obrst. From the viewpoint
of actively developing collaborative socialization of Ontology as a
concept, (Synergy), I think Susan Turnbull would be helpful. (02)
