2. I have tentatively put up a draft title for the discussion

Brand, please review and modify the title to suit the goal of the
discussion. Suggestion and comment from everyone in the community
is, as usual, welcomed. (05)
3. Again, I have listed a few of the candidate panelists, who are
representing the various communities that we have been working
with lately. the candidates I have so far are: PeterBrown (EU),
MarkMusen (NCBO), BarrySmith (NCOR), PeterYim (Ontolog),
PatCassidy (ONTACWG). (06)

(ii) All: who else should be there (as panelist?, audience?),

3. 2005.11.10: We have just been invited to co-organize a joint
discussion session with SICoP to bring together the relevant
parties to explore the differentiation and synergy among the many
eGovernment-related Ontological Community efforts. We have
tentatively scheduled this for Thu Nov. 10, 2005. Dr. Brand
Niemann has graciously accepted to be our moderator for the
session. Since we will not have a chance to get this organized
over a regular call, I'll be starting a new thread on the forum,
and we will have to get this event organized, in short order,
strictly over the mailing list and the wiki. Comments, suggestion
and help on the organizational effort are solicited. The draft
