Great job, Susan .... thank you very much! (01)
I have One question and three immediate comments: (02)
Question: (03)
0. Would we want to put a focus on "Making (better) Decisions" (as the
original title might call up) or "Making Space" (as Susan, and our
process suggests.) I think both are good, but I personally like the
former a bit better as it is a bit more tangible. I'd like to hear
what others think. (04)
Comments: (05)
1. this iteration is still somewhat 'lite' on the 'Decision Support'
side of the house - something that Ken pointed out at our last meeting
(when we reviewed the first draft). Therefore, Ken, since the math and
science (hopefully, the art too) of "decision support" is up your
alley, will you be kind enough to suggest some additional wordings
into the draft to reinforce that line of thinking in our charter. ...
Other comments and input solicited too, obviously! (06)
2. Add the acronym, in parenthesis, "(OKMDS)" to the title (right
after we spell it out in long form.) (07)
3. May I suggest modifying the last paragraph (before the questions) to: (08)
//
The virtual seminar and panel discussion events will be offered
concurrently in a real world "space" as augmented conference calls and
a virtual world "space", Second Life.
NASA will provide orientation to Second Life as the mini-series gets
underway. The announcement and online discourse will be cross-posted
to [ontolog-forum] <ontolog-forum-at-ontolog.cim3.net> (and its
dedicated sub-list: [okmds-convene]) and
[KMgov]<kmgov-at-list.jpl.nasa.gov>.
