As suggested,  I'll try to put up a strawman on how we might structure
the 15-minute briefing to the team tonight. Let's try to comment on
that, collect some relevant prior work from everyone (as resources for
this briefing) and work something up over the [mphise-talk] list
asynchronously. We can then use this call to fine tune the
presentation and tie it down.    (08)
