Peter, The title of yesterday's session was "Getting OOR Development Going - Take-IV". If we don't have deliverables then what exactly are we developing and why are we compelled to get it "going"?
I think that you are confusing "commitment" with "deliverable". Although there is no explicit funding commitment as yet, the group is, in fact, delivering work products. For example, Ken's WSDL and WADL definitions of the BioPortal API and his recent architectural document
Based on the discussion in this thread thus far, it looks like the deliverables are: 1) An architectural specification of the OOR. 2) A production quality implementation of the OOR.
We can commit to a specific set of deliverables. However, these commitments will probably be soft commitments given that there is no explicit funding. Cameron.
