[oor-forum] Where to begin a technical evaluation of the OOR

HI,

I'm having problems finding a starting point to evaluate the OOR architecture and interfaces etc.

1)  Is there OOR content on the SemWebCentral site?  I went here: http://semwebcentral.org/scm/viewvc.php//?root=oor, but couldn't find anything.  
2)  Is this the most current specification of OOR? :  http://ontolog.cim3.net/file/work/OOR/OOR-prototype--MikeDean_20080606/.

3) I've also been through http://ontolog.cim3.net/file/work/OOR.
