Thanks Todd and Peter. Although interesting, class diagrams and package diagrams don't portray the software architecture per se. I've attached a high level representation of the BioPortal 2 architecture taken from here: https://bmir-gforge.stanford.edu/gf/project/bioportal_core/docman/?subdir=27. This is the starting point I'm looking for. Some questions though:
1) Exactly which version of the BioPortal code base is being considered as the starting point for OOR? 2) Are there plans to fork the BioPortal code base for the OOR? If so, what is the justification for forking? (sorry if I'm rehashing stuff here).
