One point we could add ... especially as a response to the "strong
voice" syndrome, was that we also collected input via a survey ...
which allowed us to more systematically collect input from a diverse
group, without the "strong voices" drowning out those with totally
different perspectives. This will be a good lead-in to a piece that
KenBaclawski can delve into during the panel segment. (03)
