Ontological knowledge could be expressed in concept structures using natural language syntax, using the approach of my thesis. However, this is left as a topic for future work. Per section 1.6, the thesis limits discussion of ontology, and does not attempt to provide or define an ontology.

Aside from hybrid systems, and with the original question still in mind... are there any non-syllogistic, non-fol logics for ontology? Any ontologies using other logics?
