The fundamental issue is structure.  The systems analyst,
knowledge engineer, or ontologist chooses some kind of
structure for representing the critical subject matter.
That is the creative (i.e., patentable) task.    (02)

I didn't mean anything personal, but I mentioned your name
since you cited yourself as an example.  The critical issue is
that programmer productivity -- in terms of lines of code --
has not improved much for many decades.    (05)

Perhaps it would be clearer to say that the goal is to use automated
or semi-automated methods to generate the executable code with fewer
lines of whatever notation is appropriate.  That may include some
combination of procedural code and declarative specifications.
Ontology would be among those declarative spec's.    (06)
