The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has
defined classes of patents. The classification
structure is an ontology of sorts, but it could be
improved by letting ontologists and corpus
analysts have easy and organized access to the
existing millions of online patents.      (01)

I am pleased to announce the release of Patent
Examiners Workbench (PEW), which is equipped with
a free trial program that can be used to examine
the logic of any or all claims, of any patent,
retrievable from the USPTO database.      (02)

The program supports invalidity analysis based on
comparisons of the support patent specification
and the claim vocabulary, as focused into context
words specific to each element of a claim.      (03)

The program also supports infringement analysis of
textual material assembled about a candidate
infringer.      (04)

A tutorial explanation web site is provided with a
directory of functions located at
http://englishlogickernel.com/help/Help.htm     (05)

If you would like a copy of the program for a
thirty day free trial, please send an email with
your contact information requesting the free trial
to Rich@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx     (06)
