MW: 3D+1 is usually just called 3D. In a presentist data model, all
relationships are true now. In 3D+1 relationships are time indexed so that
statements at other times can be made. An example you  may be familiar with
is the EPISTLE Core Model V2 if you can remember that far back.    (03)
