  1. I have also been advocating Ontologies that take in to account uncertainties for last 2+ years and simultaneously commending Dr. Kathy Lasky's work at GMU where I attended her workshop on Uncertainty Ontologies at GMU 2 years ago.
  2. Another equally important factor (in addition to Bayesian or probabilistic formalism) that I have been advocating is inclusion of NOTION OF STRENGTH OF RELATIONSHIPS or Predicate Strength for given ontology. This would make sinference engines more responsive in their relevance ranking.
