Peter,
I guess the point I should have made more clearly is that someone who
has done this before would just give you the same instructions that are
already in the INSTALL file. If you have a Linux machine it will have
'make' and should already have a webserver with a directory called
'cgi-bin' into which you'll put the executable. Try the instructions and
let me know how it works out. It should take less than 5 minutes to try them. (01)
