I would add:

Building Name and Address

Compass directions and Building side labels ABCD

occupancy / use group for the whole facility in addition to by rooms

Number of floors and underground floors (even just to know how many plans to keep track of or look at)

I don't know how to properly phrase this but "big vent things" like ducts over a certain dimension or large louvers in the facade that will impact airflow. 

Finally, I put a table in the work folder called Architecture, Elements, Alerts with a new column by Table 1 rambling on about where you might find this information in construction documents.
