[ppy]  actually no, I can't ... I don't have enough direct experience
to be in a position to. But, when I related Skype to "lower-end" of
the service quality spectrum, I had commercial carriers (the usual
suspects) offering VoIP service in mind ... people like A&T, Time
Warner, Vonage, Comcast, Covad ... etc.    (02)

If I understood Toby's message properly, maybe part of your problems
today was with the your conference bridge provider too.    (03)
