6. Question: who has working proficiency with protégé and is willing
to provide some working guidance/leadership there? Please indicate so.
Based on our earlier survey, protégé is definitely a candidate
tool/platform where we can build the ontology on.

Though I don't consider myself a protege expert, I have a working
proficiency and am willing to provide guidance as best as I can.  In
that vein, I would recommend everyone be familiar with the
ontology development guide at the stanfard site called
Ontology 101 available at:
http://protege.stanford.edu/publications/ontology_development/ontology101.html

This guide also lays out a simple process for ontology development
that we should consider following.

I am looking forward to working on this!
