[socop-forum] Info on remote access for Dec. 1-3 Spatial Ontology Commun

Here is an update on the upcoming SOCoP VoCamp workshop covering remote access provided by USGS.

We can accommodate up to 20 remote call ins on the WebEx.

Note, only general sessions are covered, not the breakouts where group work is conducted.
