Looks good, but my reaction is it jumps straight into the problem of how 
to resolve issues between ontologies without saying much about the 
ontologies themselves e.g. what sort of ontologies would go into the 
repository or how they would be sought, how the project will interact 
with ontology curators and so on.    (01)
