This is wonderful! Thank you very much for making the effort.

(Not that I can read Russian) Besides the 2013 Communique article on pp. 66-74, I guess the one you co-authored on pp.49-55 would be very interesting to this community too.

I have added a reference to that on our OntologySummit2013 page, at: http://ontolog.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?OntologySummit2013#nid3V37 ... Let's us have a link to the public online version too (so I can post it there as well), if you please.

Given that our we are working under the the Creative Commons CC-BY-SA-3.0 (Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0) License (or OPL 1.0) as suggested in my last message, please make sure your have the attribution statement, posted conspicuously with all forms of the article, that says,

 (cc-by-sa 3.0) 2013, OntologySummit, contributors, Ontolog, some rights reserved.
 ... and that a link to the original communique is provided.

You might want to have an acknowledgement section that includes the above (plus other acknowledgements you need to make.)

... since I don't read Russian, I will count on you to make sure that this attribution is properly made (and that your work will be (openly) shared accordingly, to satisfy the "ShareAlike" license requirement.
