Dear All, (01)
We are planning to have, for each Hackathon-Clinic project, a 1 Hr. 45
min. open webcast segment. This will generally (but not necessarily)
coincide with the "kick-off" of each project on their Hackathon-Clinic
activity day. The schedule of these segments will be staggered, from
project-to-project, and a start-time of that for each project will be
posted. We will be hosting a webcast, similar to our nominal virtual
session settings, during each segment as well. (02)
Where experts have been invited to join in a particular project, the
expert consultation will (generally) also be featured during this open
webcast segment. Those (non-hackathon-clinic participants) who would
like to observe or learn more about a particular project, are also
welcome to join in (and they may even decide to participate, as
drop-in's, later too!) (03)
Since this activity is truly global, and the challenges of working
across time zones needs to be mitigated, there has been some
discussion between some groups that may be starting much earlier than
this scheduled segment. (04)
I have made an attempt to capture the input so far, and put that up
alongside the master calendar/schedule for the entire
Hackathon-Clinics program.

Will each project group (the champions, especially) please review what
I have posted, and make necessary amendments or additions, please
(e.g. I have not made any reference on when each project is supposed
to adjourn on the H-C day yet.) (06)
