Yes.    (02)

The initial venn was really in response to a debate about whether Linked 
Data and RDF are loosely or tightly coupled. Thus, I knocked up the 
diagram to aid attempts to defend why I claim they are loosely (rather 
than tightly) coupled.    (03)
