Agreed. A fraction (except n/1) is a *different* number, not a part of
a number. If the numbers are used to express quantities, than the fractional
quantity is a different quantity. If the fraction is between 0 and n, then
a proper part of something whose quantity was expressed as n, could have
its (the part's) quantity expressed as the fraction. Of course, something
totally different could have its quantity expressed as the same fraction.    (02)

This is not a parthood relation.    (03)
