Yes.  That is close to what I suggested in response to Doug S:    (02)

In general, my definitions are closer to those by Doug F.
WordNet is not an ontology, since it is not a theory.    (04)

But it is possible to have an incompletely specified theory
as an informal ontology.    (05)
