They need to have their debugging tracer  for the code / results on..

Now if he chooses Cancer instead or Rheumatoid Arthritis  like Toronto instead of Chicago
IBM has to foot the bill..
The hospital that employed a qualified medical doctor, that couldn't discern the anomaly should foot the bill.

Watson and technologies of this ilk only serve to create more space for the human mind to do its thing i.e., post process (which all cognitive human dimensions in play) what the silicon agent bulk processes, with limited cognitive capability :-)

What would indicate that a constructed intelligence thinks like a human?
What is the significance of thinking like a human?
Is it about the methods and means or about the outcome?
