Who creates contracts? It is not specialist lawyers but a community of
stakeholders bringing different skills to the table. ?    (02)

Who creates software programs? It is not specialist programmers, but a
community of stakeholders bringing different skills to the table. ?    (03)

I.e., the requirements and knowledge for the specified conceptual work
come from a group of stakeholders with different skills. But, imho, the
actual creator of the work, is the specialist in the appropriate field
who interacts with the other stakeholders in order to design and create
the work.    (04)

Certainly, the other stakeholders have input into the creation of the work,
be it an ontology, a legal contract, or a computer program. However, i
would use different attribute than "creator" to describe the relationship
between them and the work.    (05)

Note that in each case, the work itself is intangible. It can be
instantiated an unlimited number of times in a physical document, in an
array of bits in some memory device, or in some other manner.    (06)
