Doug's point is analoguous to what you get in translation day in and day out. People would gather glossaries, such as http://www.wikidioms.com and do not see the point that without telling you if an entry is the ooriginal phrase or translated from (x langauge) (by z) the whole collection is risky to use. Remember term banks and the dozens of atributes asociated with a single term? All that was weighed before a term was accepted.
