Can anyone tell me the relationship between UnitsML and UCUM (
http://unitsofmeasure.org/)? I need to know as a number of OGC standards,
including some that are now ISO standards, reference UCUM schema and are
widely implemented in commercial and open source products and applications.
I want to make sure that we are all on the same "standards page" and whether
there are any "adjustments" we need to make in the OGC standards work.    (01)
