Dear Jawit Kien,
The website we used when we were developing the standard is
here:
http://www.tc184-sc4.org/ISO18876/index.cfm
This contains most of the working papers.
You can purchase the final standard here:
Part 1: http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=33701
Part 2: http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=33702
I note this is more than $130 though.
Here is a paper we developed on the subject:
http://www.matthew-west.org.uk/documents/IIDEASforPDTEurope.pdf
and the slides:
http://www.matthew-west.org.uk/documents/IIDEASforPDT2001slides.PDF
On the whole, I think it is pretty obvious (no magic). If
you are successfully integrating systems, you pretty much have to be
doing what it says at the ontology/data model level. If you are having
trouble, you could benefit from looking for what you are not doing.

[MW] That depends on what you a
trying to do with it. The only killer app I
know of is systems integration, and I have even co-edited an ISO standard
methodology (ISO 18876 - Integration of Industrial Data for Exchange Access

just use what exists.
Is a copy of this standard online?
