[ppy]  I agree ... that would definitely reduce clutter.    (04)

Personally, I like it there (despite the clutter) for two reason:    (05)

(a)   I (others too, I suppose) get a lot of information, even
insight, by inspecting the URL. Therefore, having the URL right there,
beats having to work (although it's actually just a mouse-over) to get
at it.    (06)

(b)  for the 'lay' poster, he/she can follow other examples and make a
post by just typing out the  "Date - Event - Description - Location -
Cost - URL"  sequence in a new bullet. I'd consider doing a "labeled
URL link" already slightly more challenging than it needs to be.    (07)

... and hence, leaving the URL visible may still be of value.    (08)

I'm happy both ways (taking it out, or leaving it there) ... What do
others think?    (09)
