Thank you!   You expressed very elegantly what I have been
trying to described very clumsily for several months.  

Thanks for the reference.   I have been struggling with a
variant mental model - I need to adjust my mental model to match this
community's. You've just helped me to accomplish that.  In fact,
I'm going to go back and re-align my presentation with your description.
