[ontolog-forum] KIF manual

Folks,
   With Peter's help, I've posted a new Knowledge Interchange Format 
manual.  KIF is the language SUMO is written in and which is supported by 
Sigma.
It's under the http://ontolog.cim3.net/file/resource/reference/SIGMA-kee/ 
directory. Using Peter's naming scheme, the same document is available 
through two URLs
