For those who are unfamiliar with the tool and how it works, the

VNC is originally developed at ORL, Cambridge University and released

The flavor of VNC I will be using for the server is TightVNC v1.28

With VNC, we can all be looking at the same screen during the meeting.
You would only need your internet browser (IE, Netscape, Mozilla,
Opera, ...) to do that. With that, we can even collaboratively edit
some documents (text, spreadsheet, ... etc.) during the conference calls. (06)
Note: please use the "view only" password, unless you are entering to
make a presentation or moderating a shared-screen session. (07)
