I have seen this before. I think it is good work.  I'm not sure if it is in
routine use, however. It has demonstrable utility as evidenced from research
papers, and much potential. I am not aware of it having a significant user
community whether in academia or industry, nor have I looked into it.    (02)

One interesting ontology with a somewhat different application than most of
what I've been reviewing is the ABC Ontology and Model. It's an
international
digital library effort with Cornell Univ. staff working on it for the US.
I'm
attaching a paper by Carl Lagoze (Cornell) and Jane Hunter (DSTC Pty, Ltd,
