This is just a strawman so we have something to work on. For one,
it still have the previous venue the Nancy offered on there.

May I suggest we do a quick phone conference on Monday 2004.06.28
to tie it down. I will tentatively set up a call for 1:30pm EDT /
10:30am PDT that day. RSVP (to the invitation which you will
receive under separate cover from freeconference.com). If you are
unavailable during that time, please respond with your comments
