Dear SSS-04 Participants, If you are trying to make your room
reservation for the Spring Symposium at the Sheraton Palo Alto, please
note that the deadline to make your room reservation at the Sheraton was
February 20. Reservations are now being taken on a space available basis
and the group rate is no longer honored. The current room rate at the
Sheraton is $209/night, plus tax. Alternate Hotel:The Stanford Terrace
Inn has extended our group rate to further accommodate guests who have
not yet made their room reservation. The extended deadline is February
27. The rate is $139/night, plus tax. To make your reservation, please
call (650) 857-0333 and refer to Group No.94603. Also, a quick reminder
to those who have yet to register for the conference. The deadline to
send in your registration form for the 2004 Spring Symposium Series is
this Friday, February 27. Please contact me should you have any
