As was discussed during our last planning session (2004.02.05) we are
at the point of developing a specific work breakdown structure,
schedule, etc. (02)
My rough estimate is that it will take a good 4 hours to come up with
anything usable. Given the established schedule of one week (hour)
per month devoted to the planning conversation, this would put us out
to the June/July timeframe. (03)
I know that I raised the option of a "single" 4 hour session to clean
things up. Alternatively, I'm thinking that 2-hour blocks would be
easier on everybody. Ideally, we could add a 2-hour planning session
each week (not necessarily at the same time, each week) to push
through to completion. (04)
The purpose of this message is to solicit ideas for meeting
times. Obviously Thursday at 10:30 is out. My schedule is fairly
open. What times work well for others? (05)
