  • (i) after Adam updates the changes resulted in today's discussion (into a [cctont] v0.4a which he will post), we are releasing that for comments by the ontolog community;    (3GV)
    • 2004.10.07 update: Adam is almost ready (except the multiple mime type will be left with just placeholders for the time being). He'll post v0.4a shortly. Garret and the rest of the community can do the review in parallel.    (3GW)
  • (ii) we are soliciting input for feedback, and recommendation for the eBusiness standards development community colleagues. Ontolog members are requested to contribute by posting to CctRepresentation/CctRep_Feedback & CctRepresentation/CctRep_Recommendation.    (3GX)

  • a good, healthy exchange was made during the call on what our message would be (to the eBusiness standards community) and how we can make a compelling case.    (3GZ)
    • Peter also raised the concerned that we should have a clear "explanation" when any of the concepts in the vocabulary cannot be totally axiomatizied.    (3H0)
  • conclusion from today's discussion: let's add a "business case for ontologies & ontological engineering" to enhance the feedback & recommendations pages (which we are going to use to make our case.)    (3H1)
