Attached are the draft Minutes from SOCoP Meeting held Thursday July 25, 2013.

Among the topics discussed was Version 1 GUI tool development for SPARQL queries which presented at UCGIS, 

the July CUAHSI meeting, and a GeoVoCamp planned Nov. at NSF as well as discussion of an ONTOLOG mini-series that might include a track on ontologies for geo-standards.
