Gary and Josh -  This jogged my memory and I don’t remember if I ever got back to you about a conversation I had with Mark Reichardt.  We talked about GeoSemantics and SOCoP collaboration and the OGC Portal.  Mark is not keen on opening the Portal to non-member access but is fine with the idea of having those documents that are OK for general viewing or use available on another portal such as Ontolog or  SOCoP wiki.
